Pros

Great Training and Opportunities, RIDICULOUS money (in restaurants), pay-gap for guests, co-workers are awesome.

Cons

Easy to get "stuck" in a position, some management can be favoritist to employees, but overall really fair, and their employee training sessions are beyond compare. Great benefits.

Pros

The company is still family owned and operated, so the executives truly care about preserving the legacy of the Estate. They also like to promote internally, so there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are not communicated well from upper management. Pay is also fairly low for it being located in a resort town.
