Pros

cool place to work, I worked at The Inn on Biltmore and it had fun events and good restaurants. There were good perks to working on the estate.

Cons

Chaotic management when I left in 2020.

Pay is not enough to live in Asheville

Pros

Access to Estate, 40% off shopping/food. Flexible schedule. Team members are great, paid holidays, vacation time is decent. Insurance is ok for NC, not better than other companies though.

Cons

Pay is not that great. No family leave despite them always saying they are a family company that supports their employees and their families. Promotions are hard to get, unless you want to wait years, while already taking on more responsibilities. Yearly raise is minimal.
