Benefits are fantastic as long as you keep up with your side. Unlisted benefits like discounts have been amazing. The team, and support you get is exactly what I was looking for

Cons

10 minute drive on property to get to your job - on top of typical commute to the gates. You have to use the employee gate or you end up waiting in line to get in.
