10+ years I've been at Biltmore, I've had a wonderful experience with the company but mainly with my direct team. Very supportive and always encouraging growth.

Cons

Not many opporunities for upward growth, but they still focus on professional development in different ways.

Nice environment, nice staff, uniform provided, good food for employee's, beautiful property, cute benefits like discount at the restaurant, you can work your way up.

Cons

Not many, it was a fine job for when I was in highschool. Sometimes I had to work holidays, and I had the occasional rude rich person, harassment.
