Great employee Benefits, The Biltmore Company works hard to improve the employee's life both at work and home through their efforts and programs like health care benefits, see other local attractions for free. Also great employee discounts from dinning to shopping on the estate, to discount hotel stays. I think Biltmore company works every hard to make it's employees to feel like part of Biltmore family.

Pros

The marketing department works SO efficiently and effectively. It's a great group of people with amazing creatives and great directors. Pay is pretty good but a little low considering the cost of living in Asheville.

Cons

Predominantly male leadership even in departments dominated by women. It would be cool to see them progress some more in having more women in VP level positions.
