Pros

Biltmore offers great benefits and takes care of their employees, including a free employee health clinic on site, sick leave even for part time, as well as free tickets for family and friends.

Cons

Scheduling can sometimes be difficult with such a large number of employees so you’re required to request time off a minimum of 4 weeks in advance and even that sometimes is not enough notice to be approved

Pros

The company overall had some neat initiatives/benefits and I loved the history and beauty of the estate. The staff I worked with were phenomenal. They sought for growth and improvement.

Cons

While I was working there, management struggled. Management over my position has since changed and I hope that it is now better. However, before, it had felt like my management team would not take responsibility and would actively look to find a scapegoat for problems that they created.
