Pros

Great benefits and perks. Anything you are required to do, the company takes strides to provide you with the means to do it.

Cons

Hard work. Communication between departments can be lacking. Same cons as any place prioritizing guest hospitality; guest experience comes first, employees come second. Not necessarily a bad thing, but worth taking into consideration if you want to work here.

Pros

If you are in upper management then the company is great to work for. You are often just required to hit metrics that don't really effect your bottom line but look good on paper.

Cons

Ownership is slow to adapt and worries too much about potential claims against them so it limits innovation and growth within the company from line employees.
