Pros

Health plan is good benefits and insurance are good the annual employee dinner held at Biltmore house is very nice as is the Christmas party during candlelight. Another great feature is that you can bring friends and family onto the estate with you to enjoy the grounds with no cost. However a lot of these things have been put on hold until Covid restrictions lift.

Cons

There’s a lot of information that you were saying expected to know for the rate of pay and unfortunately new hires are making almost as much as someone who has worked there for years. The compensation rate desperately needs to be adjusted so that is fair and recognizes loyal employees. The knowledge trainees have is incredibly valuable and they need to start to recognize that and compensate accordingly. That is the only way they will ever get ahead of theGame and have loyal employees who feel appreciated.
