- Genuinely cares about their employees and what them to have a great work-life balance - Provide great employee perks - Housing assistance both with renting and first-time home purchase - Education assistance is excellent.

Cons

- Compensation is not even close to competitive for degree required positions - Advancement is limited as is the case with most smaller companies.
