Communication lapses between departments Time and Budget constraints Expectations can be unrealistic by guests and management due to being short handed Being asked to do more and more outside the norm and still expected to always give plus one Never enough time in a day to get everything done

Pros

engage and attend Hotel Guests in a Formal manner, Help them with the set ups and removing any dirty or prior set up. maintain pool area clean and have water ready with a lot of ice for the guest. help the servers by picking up plates and bringing the drinks to guests.

Cons

For the moment there is no cons, that is for lazy people. I love working hard and helping my coworkers.
