Pros

Some of the managers are absolutely awesome, made some friends.

Cons

Upper management drops the ball, a lot. Anonymous Survey results are ignored. They will find loop-holes (i.e. work you full time hours for a majority of the time but then cut your hours drastically so that they don't have to give you the full time benefits. Pay raise was skipped despite it supposed to be yearly in the hire contract. If you do more that required, you won't get promoted, because then they would have to train someone else (or multiple persons) to do what you are doing. Extremely stressful, to the point that my immune system went to **** & started dreading going to work.
