I have been A CSR for almost 3 years. My co workers have always been Friendly, and Hard working. You Learn new things everyday, and you have big opportunities to grow in this company.

Cons

There are no cons that i can think of that would be a major impact to not work for the company.

Management was the worst. The worst place I ever worked. If want to be treated poorly this is the place for you.
