Pros

None - Literally - This place is the worst I've seen

Cons

This place is terrible. Management sucks and has no idea what they are doing. They have probably turned over 50+ employees in the last two years - AT LEAST. It's a revolving door. Corporate culture is bizarre, everyone trying to move up the ladder. You know somethings wrong when so much management "works" remote. They are trying to outsource as much as they can overseas. Real classy. Don't let them fool you with the growth talk - it's just a plan to make it look like they are doing something so they can dump the company on another private equity.

Pros

The pay is good.

Cons

New Management is a bully to employees. If you can't handle being talked down to or constant criticism this particular location is the place is not for you.

Pros

This company does indeed have some really good benefits, and even supports the idea of employees stayinv until they retire.

Cons

The leadership at the branch and zone levels are weak, and most of these people make their management decision is based on gossip, and not actual proof or actual production that is performed by the employee. At this level people are disposable, and used to deflect their lack of leadership ability.
