Pros

Good benefits and acceptable salaries. If you apply yourself, there is good opportunity for advancement within Bio-Rad and within the divisions.

Cons

Decision making at the top seems to be somewhat slow at times. Better communications would be helpful. Overly optomistic at times about the companies business model.

Cons

Decision making takes forever! New jobs are posted and interviews don't happen for months. Some people are there to clock in and clock out and give 20% effort Lots of office politics to navigate, if you are not in a black suit and white shirt, you are judged
