Cons
-management are very politics. -Experienced challenges with fairness and consistency in how management handled decisions. -Promotion decisions did not always appear consistent. In some cases, individuals were promoted multiple levels within a short period (around six months), which made the process feel less transparent. -employees who maintained closer relationships with management had greater job security. Otherwise, you will be not saved.
