Senior management does a poor job at addressing systemic issues that, quite frankly, they created. They are hyper focused on getting orders out on time and not addressing the real issues with planning and the process of receiving and acknowledging orders. And if they are trying to fix the problem, there is nearly zero transparency about their plans for improvement.
