liked working there, but in pandemic, kept trying to end work-from-home

Pros

good team of folks. I was on software development side, challenging work which was great.

Cons

top level mgmt kept trying to end the work from home policy while pandemic is still happening. I didn't get it, they have lab people who have to work in the lab, why risk them getting infected by adding employees who have been successfully working from home? I didn't want the risk of getting infected from coworkers and other people I'd be interacting with along the commute.

Pros

Some amazing people work within certain teams but most are gone or leaving in the future.

Cons

A few good folks who are great to work with but they are leaving rapidly, have left, or plan to leave. Despite very high company growth and record-level revenues, pay and raises are abysmally low. Management is out of touch and keeps cutting down benefits, overextending staff.
