      A positive team environment that supports each other. Results-driven - a hands-off management approach when you own everything in your region. It's a great place to work when you have managers that have worked the job and understand what it takes to get it done. A mentoring program that gives you the opportunity to be successful, if your open to it.

      Cons

      There's an ebb and flow - some long weeks. If you don't want to own all aspects of project management, this is not for you.
