Pros
This is not a stagnant organization, things are shifting, ideas are flowing and employees are empowered to be a part of the change here. New employees are encouraged to use their “fresh eyes” to challenge anything they see that is being done. Big or small all improvements are considered, making someone’s work more enjoyable is important.
Cons
The facilities could use a face lift in Minneapolis. The ceilings are beautiful wood beams feeling industrial, but the area could be more open and contemporary.
