      Bio-Techne is a fantastic place to work if you are interested in growing your career. The company is focused on growth. This growth means lots of upwards mobility and new solutions for customers.

      Pros

      Company experiencing growth again which provides opportunities for movement within the organization. Opportunities for job enrichment training and cross-training. Money is being spent on infrastructure and hiring again after years of neglect.

      Cons

      Compensation not keeping pace with Competitors. Upper management opportunities appear to be limited to outsiders with big business experience requiring more $$. It's a big Company with large differences in culture depending on site and Department but things are improving.
