Pros

Bio-techne has a lot of long term employee retention. A major reason for that is the benefits.

Cons

While the benefits are great they were a lot better when I started. Insurance co-pays have increased significantly which has been an adjustment after working here for so long.

The culture is getting better all the time.

Cons

Too many employees who do not embrace change, and cause the workplace to be more negative because of it. Management needs to do a better job of communicating vision and strategy.

Extremely intelligent and educated colleagues, who (for the most part) are well intentioned. Company is in the midst of a culture change, and exhibits great potential. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Vacation offering to new employees is well below average and is not based on titular responsibility. Some resistance within long-tenured employees to the cultural evolution.
