Starting from the recruitment process based on lies. To get you in they promise candidates flexible working, bonuses and quick progression due to company growth. But all are lies and lead to team disappointment. Untrained management which does not care about team well-being. They only care about targets and their own progression. Micromangement, high pressure and lack of trust towards the sales team creates a really toxic environment. No diversity in management and unfair treatment for employees from ethnic background.
