      Pros

      Bio-Techne is as solid as you can get these days. Our sales are through the roof, we are buying companies left and right. We are becoming even more innovative, customer centric. Management listens to our customer needs and works hard to make sure we always stay on top. We have a road map for long-term growth and continued success. We are a much more modern company than we were a few years back. Good benefits. You can work from home too.

      Cons

      We used to have the very best healthcare plan. Now we are on a HSA plan.

      Pros

      I have been enjoying myself here for about 2 years now full-time. So much has changed since I first started. Many individual departments are evolving & investing time & effort to bring out the best of our friends. They don't look at mistakes as faults but mistakes as opportunities to improve its process & not the individual. The company overall is adapting to current market rate salary, which is a huge plus. The company is still growing, still hiring. **Notice I have not used the words "work" or "employees" because the company treats you as a friend or neighbor & not an employee. The responsibilities that are given do not feel like work but more of a challenge which makes it fun.

      Cons

      If I had one complaint it would be "we have too much fun!"
