      Pros

      Regular 9 to 5 hours. Usually no weekends or holidays and no mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting stripped slowly. The company is doing well but instead of distributing the wealth the only person that gets richer are high management, CEO and his friends. Regular employees get only 2% raises and now having to pay more of our medical insurance premiums you actually lose a % of salary.

      Pros

      Bio-techne has a lot of long term employee retention. A major reason for that is the benefits.

      Cons

      While the benefits are great they were a lot better when I started. Insurance co-pays have increased significantly which has been an adjustment after working here for so long.

      Pros

      The culture is getting better all the time.

      Cons

      Too many employees who do not embrace change, and cause the workplace to be more negative because of it. Management needs to do a better job of communicating vision and strategy.
