Management communication skills need to improve, notifying employees with changes, news,etc. within their respective departments.

A lot of mangers aren't fit to be in the positions they are in. They were placed there from time served & have no professionalism or idea how to deal with leading a group. They are WELL AWARE that certain managers retaliate against their employees, yet turn a blind eye & let it continue. Quality is a joke, things are knowingly done incorrectly & still sent out to customers. If you are good at sucking up, you can get away with doing nothing while others pick up the slack, if you speak up you will be made an example of & they will try to force you out. Company policy is to conform & dont complain, & if you don't like it leave. Morale survets score a 2 out of 5 consistently from year to year, & nothing is done about the major issue of being over worked, under staffed, & under paid. You are told as a salary employee you are EXPECTED to work more than 40 hrs a week. There is no room for advancement or growth either so don't bother thinking you will get promoted, they come up with every excuse in the book to hold people back. Including saying the skills foe the job you work can never be highee than a certain level, no matter how much extra you take on.
