      Pros

      Great dynamic company that is growing and has incredible potential to exceed market expectations. An environment where the employee matters, and one has an opportunity to do something EPIC with their career and contribute to the success of a story that in my view will be written about one day. Great opportunity to grow personally and professionally where collaboration is key to the success of the company and to its employees.

      Cons

      This is not a big company that gives you everything. I do not really view this as a con but if you are used to this then this is not the best place for you.

      Bio-techn'e is a company that is Innovated,Inspiring,creative, collaborative, and growing continuously to bring out the best in their employees.

      Cons

      There is a shortage of workers because of the increase in productivity, as we continue to grow we will need to consider an evening shift in order to keep up with demands and to get the most use out of shared equipment.

      Pros

      Bio-Techne is a really great company to work for and it's getting better by the day. With a new sense of community and a push for internal collaboration, communication, and togetherness. Employees are beginning to feel more like they belong to something. Something really cool, a true team. Where input and ideas are valued at every level, from top to bottom. From my perspective the leadership is listening to its employees and is taking the needed steps to improve upon what is working and trying to fix what isn't. A better culture is being built.

      Cons

      Emotional managing comes to mind first and foremost. Shouldn't performance dictate compensation rather than favor? Our review process seems a bit sluggish, too timely. In addition to its pace a good performance review or promotion doesn't really equate to a monetary increase. I think this needs to change. There should be more of an incentive to do good work. Politics.
