Pros

- The actual business' employees who are the main feet on the ground are great colleagues working toward the success of the company. - Due to the lack of resources and set job descriptions you are given a great deal of responsibility and can learn new skills - Fast paced and have an intense set up for strategic planning

Cons

- Divisional Management is a mess. Provide no resources or basic understanding of the business' units and and do not empower workers and low level managers for success. Limited resources with high expectations. - The top down leadership is dominated by straight white men and that passes down to much of the management team. Often times providing an environment based on toxic masculinity that does not welcome minorities - The corporate team is disconnected with businesses and often times just makes it confusing, complicated and difficult to complete tasks. - Vacation time and holidays are VERY reduced compared to previous plans - It is of course a profit and revenue focused place as a public company but more so then others I have worked at.

Pros

Location to Northeast Minneapolis off 35w

Cons

Accused of dealing drugs at work because a black coworker came to get a piece of gum from my desk. My supervisor went through my desk and found vitamins (they were prenatal vitamins) and brought them to hr. I was escorted out until it was verified they were vitamins. After the supervisor made himself look bad he started saying i had performance issues. Ultimately i ended up getting fired because this supervisor made such a fool of himself to ever face me again.

Pros

Some product lines are very high quality to a fault. Long history in the biotech space easily lends customer trust. There’s some VIP scientist who have been with the company many years. Some divisions have a very good work-life balance.

Cons

Very high turn over is creating an environment where job duties outside your description are forced on you. With the intention to innovate there is very little vetting of new technologies leading to many failed costly partnerships and product lines. VP’s bite the hands that feed them on the sales team, create unrealistic and often varying plans and lacks proper organizing. Management ignores concerns around pay. It’s at a point where it is blatantly hoarding revenue. Many older long term employees out of touch with new technology and product use. Lots of promotions based on nepotism. Sales leadership values good looks over merit.
