Pros

Provider of biological life science jobs in the Twin Cities, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Expensive health insurance plans, no bonuses/stock options, lots of overtime for salary workers, little to no annual salary increases, no work at home options, "Collaboration happens onsite" It seems management does not trust employees to be productive at home so they'd like them onsite, however, the same individuals will just sit counting the clock and take up cubical space.

The company is very LEAN which can be good or bad depending on what you want Not very transparent especially about salary and salary potential
