Pros

They put in effort to include minorities and LGBTQ.

Cons

They base their salary baselines off their headquarters location in Waltham, Mass., which is problem if you are located out of a different large city. Their executive leadership is a little old school. They originally wanted us to be full time onsite when covid first "ended". Eventually there was such an uproar that they allowed some flexibility on a site by site basis.

Pros

Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. Supervisors care about their teams. Management needs to appreciate their employees more, since it takes a load of work and a lot of people to keep the company going.

Cons

Can be quiet confusing and intimidating at first when trying to figure where things are located and how things work. Trainers often leave their trainees on their own, without much supervision. Safety issue can be over-exaggerated from time to time. Hourly wage is low comparing to other tech companies.

There are interesting technologies and innovative work

Cons

The staff including manager are angry and other times nice, it creates a stressful environment as we are put down and then other times treated nicely, making it confusing and not a stable place to be at Salary is low and stress is high Adequate training is not provided
