      Pros

      great people to work with. flexible schedules. easy to work as a team or individually depending on what the situation calls for. freedom to express ideas within depts.

      Cons

      have been taking pay cuts due to having to pay for more of our healthcare and not receiving adequate raises. manager' do not have enough power to give appropriate raises. we make ton of money and very little is given back to employees. to many changes to support the shareholder and not the employee. people that have been here a long time and are the ones responsible for getting the company built to the level it is at, feel as if they are now being pushed out.

      EPIC was a goal of the company (as with other companies). EPIC is an acronym with the C standing for collaboration. EPIC has fallen out of vogue. Collaboration is no longer. It has created silos and even divisiveness within departments. Without collaboration, the rest of EPIC is moot.
