The company has an excellent culture of collaboration. As any company, there are challenges and disagreements at certain moments, however, the Bio-Techne team is always open to have open and honest discussions and drive the process always looking for a win-win outcome. Very professional on focused on understanding the challenges and meeting them.

Cons

As a small-medium company, resources are limited so not all the issues can be addressed immediately due to constraint resources. Team has developed a great sense of prioritization.
