Bad management who only knows how to blame predecessors and shift numbers to make them look less incompetent. The team keeps running acquisitions to the ground including one they paid 275M (who know how much in losses) and got 15M in a questionable micro caps stock in return……

I don't have much experience with other corporations, however I feel many of my complaints would likely be fairly industry-standard for a similarly sized or larger company. The CEO is paid way too much, more than 3M, Target, Best Buy, etc. which is ridiculous for a company of a much smaller size. They do not negotiate salary increases for internal candidates, so negotiate for as much as you can get right away. I was placed on a performance improvement plan, and subsequently fired, by a supervisor that only became a supervisor a few months prior. My management did not speak to me about it at all unless I went out of my way to talk to them, and even then, they offered no support. My supervisor's word was 100% valid, and my perspective had no value.
