- HR is unprofessional and out of touch with modern workforce management practices. Poorly handled COVID policies, parental leave and general culture management questions. - Executive team is out of touch and insular, poor at managing the process and cultural impact of their growth through acquisition strategy - Uncompetitive compensation - Muddled product strategy

Employees are very flexible in their schedule and enjoy great autonomy in their work, prodcuts are of the highest quality and market-leading, coworkers are friendly and supportive

Cons

Operational processes are rather chaotic, HR really needs some improvement, there is no strucutred onboarding, no learning platfrom, no detailed perfromance review, no career development discussions, communication within the company and from management is not very transparent
