Team members in my department are great and have a passion for science Opportunity to work on many different types of projects and products As a team member will contribute to the development of products scientists across the world benefit from Good job stability

Cons

Not very innovative work Develops “me too” products No deep expertise in any one area Senior management does not communicate well Relatively low pay (and benefits) for the industry Hard to advance even if you go above and beyond for the company CEO is overpaid and doesn’t pull his weight

Pros

Had awesome coworkers on close team, fun events at least annually, great place to start to get your feet wet.

Cons

Pay is lower compared to other companies, overwork customer service team members you rely on, generic mission/vision-aka collaboration and why you need to go to the office when no one collaborates with you. Gender pay gap.
