      Pros

      Day to day, there’s always something new to learn, so the work never feels monotonous. The management is understanding and flexible with hours and employee needs. It feels like they care about you and want you to feel satisfied in your career.

      Cons

      Not many—pay is fair but not high starting out, some have complained about limited opportunities for growth.
