      Pros

      Bio-Techne is at the forefront of scientific discovery and the people working there want to make a positive impact on the world. The team is friendly and hard-working, supporting each other to solve problems and find solutions. As expected with other bio-technology companies, Bio-Techne has healthy profit margins and ambitious growth plans. This leads to an environment of stability and good investment and strategic decisions. The Abingdon Head Office for EMEA is a nice office, with complimentary fruit / snacks and free electric car charging for employees. There are also regular food vans and events scheduled throughout the year.

      Cons

      Working from home full time is not an option, unless a remote offsite worker. However the office environment is great and most people decide to work more in the office than required for this reason.

      - some nice benefits - global team of nice people

      Cons

      Pressure for sales came at the expense of good practices and good customer experience and was harming the culture in the commercial teams (Europe). Presenteeism.
