      A company that cares about the patient & the employee, equally.

      Pros

      Fosters growth of employees (internal transfers, promotions, etc.) Expanding via mergers and acquisitions. Cares about the product users & patients. Works to improve (processes, benefits, systems, branding, etc.) Hires incredible talent (values, competencies, etc.).

      Cons

      None. This company is identifying pain points across all divisions and locations. Many departments are working to create sustainable, long-term improvements in a changing macro environment.
