Great people at the lower levels up to director. Above average benefits.

Cons

They continue to spend money poorly and blame employees. Company is probably failing and they won't admit it. The C suite is focused on cutting costs that make employees happy, while they fly all over the world to tell us we are the problem. This years reviews are a joke. Why bother? No opportunities to grow.

Cons

They took away yearly bonuses. They won't let you hire people for your team and expect you to make the same revenue. Extreme burnout/stress for high workload with no reward.
