Employee over 7 years. Management and, it seems, HR protects those that need to be disciplined and removed from their position for issues like respect,integrity, bullying, and threats. I have never understood why the bad behavior is allowed to go on and on. Poor management does not nip things in the bud, but seems to just overlook it. t seems to treat employees like they are lucky to have a job, not a respect for their employees. Very discouraging to see how many good employees have quit, and how many good employees have been let go. Yet the ones that need the discipline are still getting by with their disrespectful ways.

Dissatisfaction usually kicks in around year 3, that's what I have observed and experienced. I have seen enough to know that this company would be better if it engaged in less politics. Favoritism is rampant throughout all of the subsidiaries and it is well known. The individuals that are placed in positions of authority are poorly trained and not monitored by the upper tier management. There is no unity in upper management and everyone likes to finger point when they are under pressure.
