Pros

The organization has potential to become great. They have a very nice facility and make a good impression in the community. CEO Linda Myers is a dedicated and concerned person.

Cons

They have lost sight of their purpose and vision of the future. Some managers and executive do not appreciate the rank and file workers. Employees can become disillusioned and leave.the company for other jobs.
