Company has a good mission

Cons

Company culture is awful!! Executive management gives lip service to Company values but acts the complete opposite. The most successful leaders are outright bullies and take no responsibility for their bad actions or behavior. Meanwhile, the CEO allows the bad behavior to continue. Good people come in and try to make a difference and ultimately give up and move on. I would never refer anyone to work here.

Long lasting friendships. Good benifits and decent pay.

Cons

This place has favoritism and bad management. They choose their friends and buddies as management. They need a whole new management team. Core Values mean nothing in this place its just talk. This place communicates through emailing but hardly never reply back to you. All you do is get ignored

Front line staff are amazing. Lots of caring people. Your job can actually make a difference in someones life.

Cons

A couple of years ago this was a great place to work. Ever since Linda Myers become CEO the culture has changed. This non-profit organization went from being about helping the community to maximizing profits. We had an amazing CIO and IT Director since they left IT turnover is rampart. IT is now treated as second class citizens.
