      Pros

      *Some* excellent people and exposure to some very cool technologies.

      Cons

      The best people simply do not last here. This is a fear-based culture, do this now, do this my way, do this or else. If you voice your opinion or criticize the leadership you will lose your job. The worst people in the company, the ones that yell and scream at people in meetings, don't collaborate, control by withholding information, offer no internal customer service, have had no success in managing their own departments, get promoted to VP level.

      Pros

      The South Texas Blood and Tissue does help the community with life saving donations.

      Cons

      Poor benefits (401K is subpar to anything I've ever seen), work/family life, pay, hours, high stress, constant change of personnel, high turn-over rate, management micromanages as much as possible, no loyalty to employees, very minimal opportunities for advancement, constant feeling of weariness and no job security, attitude that no employee is valuable "anyone can be replaced", minimal annual raises, little bonuses, lack of innovation, not ideal for anyone looking for a long term career.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Get to leave early the day before holidays. Casual Friday's. Great and talented people. I was fortunate to have one of the few good managers in the organization.

      Cons

      Since the retirement of CEO Kalmin, Biobridge has not been able to find a good leader to permanently fill that role. Leadership turnover from the CEO to executive management level is extremely high. Pay is low for all the work that is asked of you. Strategic goals are not aligned to organization culture. Organization has wasted money on creating a department to focus on strategic goals with staff that does not understand or respect the experts of the business or support service roles. Morale is very low.
