No sense of direction or goals. Make money anyway you can so the company can be sold to the highest bidder. No org structure, no processes, one man show.

pay is fair, and employees were good to work with. i really enjoyed my job and was good for the company.

Cons

management , illegal activity , theft , harassment , discrimination , falsifying government documents . i was salary , and donated about 200 hours a year of overtime.
