Focus on work-life balance, Recognition and praise, a positive work environment, employee engagement, employee-oriented corporate culture, employees feel respected and valued & Integrity of the Management.

Cons

Less room to experiment - employees are assigned specific tasks and responsibilities, and it would be tough for you to move outside of that scope.
