Good staff and location at Keele.

Cons

Very high staff turnover due the management's inability to manage. Staff regularly shown the door for petty reasons such as their face no longer fitting! Them and us culture between management and staff with the management sitting in the office all day drinking tea and coffee, ignoring the staff in the production area.
