      No cons, however, sometimes very busy.

      Good oppurtinies, but don't expect to be paid for it

      Pros

      Small business so job roles are diverse and a good place to gain experience above your pay and job description. Difficulty of job means that you form close friendships. Staff are encouraged to not work out of hours. Free parking. End of year hamper. Location of offices on Keele University. The company is working to improve culture but little real progress can be seen.

      Cons

      Lack of management, high staff turnover, bad hiring decisions, inflexibility with WFH. Culture of importance given to petty issues whilst important issues are disregarded. Workload is unmanageable and managers make no attempts to help with this. Pay is poor and under the market rate.
