Friendly environment to work and give your best, All the processes are very organized, You get healthy food, Lots of opportunities for growth.

Cons

The location of Biocon in my city (i.e. Bangalore) was very far from my house so takes a lot of time in travelling specially while coming back since its gonna be peak hours.

Good research pipeline, strong management team, good financials, some outstanding professionals from some of the top scientific and management institutes in the world.

Cons

Salary is usually around average for the role, rarely do you get paid in the top quartile. Work hours can be really long and the office is a long drive from most residential ares of Bangalore city.
