Employees at all levels are treated with utmost respect. A great place to learn and gather functional knowledge. Team work is promoted at all times Feedback is given to employee on time, and feedback given to managers are received well Everyone has the freedom to speak their mind

Cons

Compensation might be an issue for some people. Promotions and performance reviews might sometimes be unfair.
