work/life balance, summer hours program, and benefits. The people were once the best part of Biogen but turnover, layoffs, ineffective leadership, talent drop-off, and politics have long since impacted this.

Cons

This is a shell of the great company it once was. Poor leadership, loss of patient centricity, lack of technology, politics and favoritism, lack of innovation, and overall the GCO/QSDO organization is poorly run and ineffective.
