Overworked, Long Hours, Severely Short Staffed

Hard to find any to be honest

Cons

Be prepared to work very long hours if you are UK Based. 12 hour days are the norm here and anything less will be frowned upon. Be prepared to work on your annual leave too as there will be no one to provide cover if you take time off. There is ZERO worklife balance if you work here.
